Will I be charged money from the amount that my customer pays?

No we don't charge commissions, we only charge you semi-annual / annual for using our service.

Will I be charged separately for WhatsApp alerts?

No, WhatsApp alerts are free of charge.

If the device is out of charge, will I lose my receipts?

No, when the device goes off, as soon as it comes back online all the paid receipts will be sent. Also, you will be notified via WhatsApp.
