Role Overview

You will own the strategy, execution, and optimization of Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and YouTube/Google Ads campaigns, ensuring measurable ROI and sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and manage Meta and YouTube/Google Ads campaigns end-to-end.
• Structure campaigns, audiences, and budgets for efficiency and scale.
• Optimize for CPA/ROAS using A/B testing, creative iteration, and remarketing.
• Monitor, analyze, and report performance with clear, actionable insights.
• Collaborate with content/creative to develop high-performing ad assets.
• Stay current with platform changes and best practices.

Requirements

• Proven track record managing performance campaigns.
• Minimum monthly spend experience:
  • $1,000 on Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram).
  • $1,500 on YouTube/Google Ads.
• Strong grasp of campaign structure, audience segmentation, and bid strategies.
• Hands-on with analytics and reporting (e.g., GA4, platform dashboards).
• Excellent communication, ownership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work from home and align to the EAT timezone.
